Configuring Inbound Calls

After your SIP trunk is set up in the system, you can configure it to receive inbound calls.

Step 1: Set Up Call Forwarding on Your SIP Provider

  • Log in to your SIP provider account.

  • Configure call forwarding for your SIP number to the following endpoint:

34.23.191.248

This ensures that incoming calls are routed from your SIP provider to our system.

  • For outbound calls you should allows below IPs

34.139.65.119, 34.75.46.115, 34.138.200.23

Step 2: Go to Telephony Settings

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Navigate to Agent Panel → Integration → Telephony.

  3. Inbound section.

Step 3: Select Your SIP Trunk

  • In the Inbound Number dropdown, you will now see the SIP trunk option with your registered phone number(s).

  • Choose the number you want to receive calls on.

Step 4: Save Your Settings

  • After selecting the SIP trunk number, click Save.

  • Your agents can now receive inbound calls through the configured SIP trunk.
