The Phonebook module lets you build and manage outbound call campaigns at scale.

Core Concept

Use Phonebook to:

• Create contacts and groups

• Launch outbound voice campaigns

Workflow Overview

1. Go to Phonebook in the sidebar

2. Upload contacts via CSV or add manually

3. Assign contacts to a group (e.g., "Medical Leads," "Insurance Renewals")

4. Launch the campaign by calling a specific group.

Phonebook gives you full control over outbound strategy, agent pairing, and campaign pacing. It’s ideal for scaling voice outreach without manual dialing or scripting.
